Assessing the sexual HIV prevention needs of African people in England. All sexually active people have specific needs that must be met in order for them to reduce their likelihood of participating in HIV transmission – including people who have been tested HIV negative, those who have been diagnosed HIV positive, and those who have not been tested for HIV.
